Raegan Buckley

Raegan joined Pacific Whale Foundation (PWF) in 2022 as the Development Department’s Database Specialist. She acts as CRM system expert, managing the digital aspects of PWF’s fundraising campaigns and events, and working collaboratively with PWF’s Marketing team on digital communications to members and donors. Growing up in South Louisiana, Raegan has a lifelong passion for environmental conservation and respect for the challenges faced by marine coastal ecosystems. After graduating with distinction from a Master of Arts program in Anthropology, she traveled the world―first as an archaeologist and then as a tour operator for a world-renowned history museum. It was during this time that she fell in love with the beauty, culture and wildlife of the Pacific. As she did in her previous role as a fundraiser for a park conservancy, she now uses her current role at PWF to voice her support for the preservation and protection of the natural world. Raegan brings with her a wealth of experience from over ten years of work in digital systems and relationship management as well as six years of mission-driven service to the nonprofit sector.
