Kellie Wardman

Kellie Wardman is a senior consultant and certified coach with 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Kellie worked with The Granite YMCA in New Hampshire for a decade in operations and executive leadership and then served as a consultant for the YMCA of the USA, supporting 27 different YMCAs across New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont for eight years.

Since 2020, Kellie has worked with DBD Group, a nationwide consulting firm that supports nonprofits in strategic planning, board development, fundraising, staff and culture work, and executive coaching.

Kellie has been spending time with whales for over 20 years, and sees them as keepers of the story—carrying the wisdom of the ocean and reminding us what’s at stake. She first connected with Pacific Whale Foundation in 2024 and 2025, facilitating the organization’s most recent strategic plan. She is honored to support efforts that protect whales and dolphins, inspire ocean stewardship, and safeguard our planet for future generations. Kellie lives in Dunbarton, New Hampshire.
