Ocean Guardians

This 20-minute PWF film created by Selket Kaufman documents the journey of humpback whales as they migrate between Alaska and Hawai‘i and the efforts of the Pacific Whale Foundation to save them from extinction.

A Voice for Whales

Created by PWF Documentary Filmmaker Selket Kaufman, A Voice for Whales is a visual homage to PWF Founder Greg Kaufman and his efforts to protect whales and other marine mammals through science and advocacy.

Return to K’gari

Tucked along Australia’s eastern coast is a vital refuge for migrating South Pacific humpback whales. Pacific Whale Foundation (PWF) conducts long-term, noninvasive research here to understand their migration and use of the coastline while working to protect this fragile paradise from climate change and unsustainable tourism.
